About Pericles, Prince of Tyre
by William Shakespeare

Few love to hear the sins they love to act

Pericles recounts the odyssey of one mans quest for love and honor in an indifferent world.  In this most theatrical of Shakespeares romances we encounter multiple murder plots, shipwreck on the high seas, pilfering pirates, a competition for the hand of a fair princess, an unscrupulous brothel keeper, a metaphysical miracle worker and an unflagging prince -- whose indomitable spirit and perseverance ultimately leads to redemption. Founding Member Peter Garino director of the companys The Importance of Being Earnest and My Name is Will directs a large cast of Shakespeare Project favorites in this colorful tale.

Cast members include James Krag in the title role, Fred Stone, Rick Carter, Todd Hissong, Melissa Carlson, Diane Dorsey, Catherine Glynn, Aaron Christensen, Steve Spencer, Sean Cooper, Leslie Bevan and Judy Blue.
